ALM Education: Foundation for Using ALM to Make Decisions
Sep 14-15, 2022
This virtual course is designed for those who don’t live ALM, yet have responsibilities for making strategic recommendations and/or decisions. Most decisions impact financial performance in the short- and longer-term. Used well, ALM enhances decision making and increases customer value.
Using case studies, we will make the following topics come to life:
- How to better link decision information from various business lines and delivery channels to have a more complete view as you are making decisions
- The “So What?” of common ALM methodologies and when to use them
- Key assumptions that can change ALM results
- Great questions to ask as you are reviewing results
- The power of answering “What-if…?”
We’ll quickly test your ideas so you can see how they could change the financial performance and risk profiles of your case studies. You will leave the session better equipped to make strategic business decisions.
Throughout the course, there will be opportunities to discuss specific questions, issues, and decisions you may be considering.
